Welcome to all you avid Boaters around the country.

 As you all know, the 2012 Nationals are now up and running with a lot of planning going on between our committees and club reps for the future /racing requirements.

I can only say it will be a great year for the development in the office and boats alike.

Some things you may not know, is that there has been quite a lot of new boat development around the country, which has been kept quite a secret !

Looking forward to see what you have install for us.

In recent years, boat development and mostly presentation thereof has become very encouraging with some really nice looking boats with awesome spray jobs, which is worth a mention . 

Nice to see, that we still have some very proud boat builders out there, with the passion for perfection.

 I must encourage all boaters/racers to participate in this year’s National, CMBC has promised us a once off racing experience to remember, at the Durbanville Dam, Cape Town.

I know for sure the camera/video guys will be out in force to capture some really fast/competitive racing and of course those beautifully turned out boats.

The Big Gas Powered Boats will definitely be at the center of attraction this year with some big surprises, I am not at liberty to say from which province.

SAMPBA is looking forward to meeting up with all our old friends and to make some new friends, at this year’s NATS.  We will have some great racing, a lot of fun and to crown some new champions …
